Licensing & Insurance

Next Level Technology Group is a licensed and insured low voltage contractor in the State of Florida. We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance for the protection of our customers and employees. All work is performed in accordance with the Florida Electrical Contractors' Licensing Board regulations and the National Electrical Code (NEC). Copies of our license and insurance certificates are available upon request.

Warranty Information

• 1-year labor warranty on all installations from the date of completion
• Manufacturer warranties on all equipment (duration varies by product)
• Extended warranty options available for purchase
• Warranty claims must be reported within the applicable warranty period

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, acts of nature, power surges, or failure to maintain equipment as recommended.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best security and smart home solutions, we cannot guarantee the prevention of all security incidents. Our systems are designed to deter, detect, and alert, but are not a substitute for comprehensive security planning. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Next Level Technology Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our services or equipment.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

Force Majeure

Next Level Technology Group shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or utility failures.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
